Customer Management Services (CMS) - The Voice of the People - provides members of the Fort Wainwright community with the means to voice their concerns/satisfaction with the support services available on the installation. The Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE),constituent specific surveys, focus groups, and assessment are some of the feedback avenues utilized to empower customers and evaluate the quality of the service delivery.
Additionally, CMS facilitates the Installation Action Council (IAC), the customer-based forum to receive local issues for consideration and resolution.
